Refund policy

Plant Return Policy:
Perennials, shrubs & trees eligible for 50% replacement credit within 30 days with receipt. Replacement must be selected at return. Annuals & vegetables excluded. We guarantee we sold a healthy plant at time of purchase, but cannot guarantee survival after leaving our care due to planting conditions, watering, fertilization, weather, pests, chemicals, or other factors.

All non-plant material is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if conditions are like new.
